I'd like to tell you a little bit about the website and myself.
Since 1995 I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell their homes. Over 90% of the people I work with are repeat or referred to me from a previous client. This is the ultimate compliment I can receive and I am very proud of my accomplishments.
Just becoming a Realtor is not enough. It is a continual striving to be the best you can be. Keeping up with education, and technology is crucial. During these years I have received additional training that helps me stay on top of my game. GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists - only 4% of Realtors have qualified and hold this designation) and e-Pro (certifies Real Estate Brokers as Internet Professionals). are three of the designations earned. After educating myself I must educate my clients so that they can make informed decisions. They need to fully understand the current market conditions, market trends and how the real estate process works. With this information and my experience we can work together to find you the right home, sell your current home or BOTH!
